The machines we have for sale are both new and used - and are indicated as such in their individual descriptions.  No warranty is offered or implied.  The new machines that are available are from a sewing store that recently closed.  While the warranty cards are included in the boxes, you may or may not be able to validate the warranty.  Used machines offer no warranty and are sold "as is".  We've tried to include as much detail as possible and welcome any questions you may have prior to purchasing.  You can reach us at info@sewingexpressions.com.
